It’s time to winterize your home
Before winter weather comes blowing in, take the time to winterize your home and property. It may seem daunting, especially things like checking the roof, and the HVAC system, and inspecting your chimney or fireplace. Consider what's on the list you can do yourself and what you should outsource.
This is a great time to check seals on doors and windows ensuring heat stays in and cold stays out. You may also use this time to declutter, as extra stacks of paper are highly flammable. Winterizing your home is an important step every year. Make sure you add it as a repeating event on your calendar.
