We want to reassure you that Armed Forces Insurance (AFI) will continue our long history of supporting our members during challenging times. We are here to help.

AFI has proactively implemented several forms of assistance to provide relief to our members who may be experiencing financial difficulties due to COVID-19.

As a result, we are temporarily waiving late fees and pausing any non-payment cancellations for Armed Forces Insurance Exchange policies to provide relief to our members during these uncertain times. If you have questions about a policy with one of our partner carriers, our AFI Agents are your advocates and will do all they can to provide the assistance you need. Please contact your AFI Agent at 800-255-6792 Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm CT.
