  • Choose a plan that fits your needs. You can pay your premium in one payment, every quarter, or monthly installments.
  • Select your payment method. Whether paying by AFI E-Z Pay, one-time credit card or EFT payment, or by check, the choice is yours.
  • Save money by signing up for AFI E-Z Pay. With this automated bill payment option, service fees are waived.
