Why You Should Review Your Accounts Annually
Time For An Insurance Account Review
Life can change in an instant, and when the dust settles, you’re often unaware of how it can affect your insurance. From career moves to relocations, the purchase of a new car or even a piece of jewelry, it’s important to review your policies annually and make sure they accurately reflect your circumstances.
Reviewing your insurance policies regularly will ensure you’re properly covered, and the start of the New Year is the perfect time to re-evaluate your insurance needs.
If you’re not sure of the last time you reviewed them, or if you need to review them again, we’re happy to help. You can start with this checklist of topics to consider.
- PCS’d or relocated to a new state
- Started a business or added home office
- Purchased or sold a home
- Had a change in occupancy in your home(s)
- Considered downsizing to a smaller residence
- Made home renovations
- Installed a home security system
- Put items in a storage facility
If any of these apply to you, now is a great time to call to review your account.
Other items to consider include:
- Understanding your deductible(s)
- Optional endorsements
- Coverage adequacy
- Coverage gaps
- Coverage for your college student
- Other policy options
If any of these events have occurred since your insurance policies were last reviewed or if you want to discuss other policy options, call 855-307-8652 and speak with one of our dedicated agents. We are standing by to assist you with your policy questions.
