
Dr. Christina D. Love
Dr. Love joined the Armed Forces Insurance Board of Directors in July 2023.
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Love has a proven track record in establishing and leading teams and organizations, managing resources and budgets, strategic planning, and solving complex problems to enhance organizational effectiveness. She currently serves as the Director of the Department of Enterprise Leadership at the Army Management Staff College, where she oversees a department comprised of senior civilians and military personnel responsible for preparing senior leaders to effectively lead and manage large organizations.
In her previous role, Dr. Love established the Spouse Integration Office, where she served as the Director. In this position, she directed a complex enterprise-level office, acting as the lead integrator responsible for developing and implementing education program initiatives for Army spouses.
Dr. Love earned her Doctorate in Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston in West Virginia, and she also holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) in Prairie View, Texas.
Additionally, Dr. Love has actively participated in community organizations at local, regional, and national levels. She has received numerous honors and awards throughout her career and has dedicated 21 years as a military spouse supporting military families and the Army community.
