Dr. Christina D. Love

Dr. Love joined the Armed Forces Insurance Board of Directors in July 2023.

Dr. Love currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Leadership for the Army Management Staff College (AMSC). She previously served as the Director of the Spouse Integration Office for Army University, and a Senior Leadership Instructor/Lead for the Senior Executive Service (SES) Strategic Leader Development and Mentor Program for AMSC.

Dr. Love’s career spans over 20 years with expertise in leading teams, resource and budget management, strategic planning, and solving complex problems to ensure organizational effectiveness. Dr. Love spent 21 years as a military spouse committed to supporting military families and the Army community.

She earned her Doctorate of Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston in West Virginia. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) in Prairie View, Texas.
